Linedge

Wonder a situation like 9/11 or a major disaster in a large area where there is chaos everywhere, hospitals running out of beds, people dying out of confusion and unable to decide their next steps. Ambulances, police forces are unable to reach and efficiently manage the situation.

In such a situation, if there is a system that is well aware of everyone's condition, would be capable of making more efficient & righteous decisions and hence would reduce the number of casualties, as fast as possible. How would that be?

We are very happy and excited to share that, we secured the 2nd Runner Up Position in a Hackathon organized by Cicada 3301 Reinvented for building such a system.

It was a great 2 days experience filled with elements like fun, endurance & excitement. Working on the idea itself was a lot of fun as it does sounds crazy. Small changes in a perspective or idea can bring you success, which this hackathon clearly demonstrates.

We came up with an Algorithm that distinguishes itself from Google Maps and had wide but crucial implications in the whole world.

To state it simply - "If 1000 people searched a path from a location A to B, then Google Maps will show the same path to all the 1000 peoples while our algorithm makes decisions considering every other individual."
Might not be the most efficient way but -- The success of these statements lies behind its use case.
